My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable, with a minor issue of makeup on the pillows. Despite that, the room was roomy enough for the three of us, offering a cozy stay. The service had its ups and downs, with some rude encounters during check-in and meal inquiries but ultimately redeemed by super amazing and friendly staff who even recommended a great dinner spot. The location scored well, being really nice with continuous offerings of fresh coffee and chocolate, though slightly inconvenient in New Iberia. The facilities efficiently support guests but could use some improvements.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with two grandchildren. The service was excellent, with friendly staff making us feel very welcome. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the interstate. I was extremely impressed with the spacious layout of the rooms at this hotel. Having two queen beds in the bedroom made it perfect for our adult couple with two grandchildren. The living room/office/small kitchen area with a microwave and refrigerator was a nice and cozy addition. The only downside was the knocking sound coming from the elevator.

The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff was very prompt in making up the beds and replacing towels. They simply handed me my card to the 2-room suite with a smile and said, 'Enjoy your stay. ' The friendliness and efficiency were very much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was perfect within the city. Although it's about 6 miles from the interstate, which could be daunting, it was right down Pinhook on the Vermillion River. It offered a clean and fresh atmosphere without disturbing anyone in the bedroom area.
